Return and Exchange Policy

Return Period:
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Inspection upon Receipt:
Please inspect the packaging and product immediately upon delivery. If the packaging or product is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 3 days at predatorfishing.ca@gmail.com. Failure to notify within this period will result in refusal of return.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned in the same condition as received — new, unused, undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

• Opened or damaged packaging (e.g., torn seals or labels) may result in refusal of the return.

• Contact us before returning items for authorization and instructions. We may request photos to verify the condition of the product and packaging.

Restocking Fee:
A 10% restocking fee (excluding taxes) will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds:
After inspection, we will refund the item price minus the restocking fee and include any applicable taxes. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the return is due to defect or our error, we cover all shipping costs both ways.

Partial Returns:
Partial returns are accepted under the same conditions and fees.

Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items, special orders, gift cards, used products, personal hygiene items, perishable goods.
